Cup final tickets

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Hello all

A few of the City forums have been remarking that black market tickets for the the City end are cheaper than those at the Arse end of the ground.

Two points

1. Any Gooners in the City end are depriving City supporters of a once in a lifetime chance of seeing Hull City AFC in the final of the world's oldest competition.

2. I, and like-minded Tigernationals, will have no remorse in having any lurking Gooners hoiked out and facing the prospect of watching the last seventy minutes in Wetherspoons, Wembley Central.

So, if you get offered tickets in the wrong end and little Toby is just desperate to go, I wouldn't bother. It could be the worst £1,000 you ever spend.

Genuinely heartfelt good luck in your remaining games. If you secure 4th place, we get a go at Europe whether we win or not on May 17th.

Hi mate,

I can't imagine many gooners would want to sit in the hull end. However I think a fee will buy club level seats in the hull end but these are neural seats in effect.

Two points in response:

1. How about telling your own fans not to flog their tickets on the black market?

2. How long have you had the internet in Hull?

Right I've just got back from the footy, and nearly fell out of my train (and that is a rarity on a tube strike day) when I read this. In a word, and I am sure a lot of other gooner's are thinking this, fuck off. Let me tell you why.

Firstly your average gates are 25,000 and yet your club has been offered exactly the same amount of tickets as our club that has average gates just shy of 60,000. We have 42,000 season ticket holders vying for 25,000 tickets. A

Approximately 30-32,000 season ticket holders are in a ballot where it has been estimated about half will miss out. There are probably silver members who buy tickets on a match by match basis that have been to more home/away games that a large amount of your fans who have got cup final tickets.

Soo get your head out your arse and have a serious reality check. This "once in a lifetime" opportunity has been given to some fans who probably haven't even seen half the games at your gaff. Personally as a gooner, I wouldnt be seen dead in the Hull end 1 because id be pissed as a fart and stick out like a sore thumb and 2 I dont fancy keeping quiet for 90 mins. But thanks to the FA's yearly stitch up the real fans aren't getting into the final so given more than 15,000 of us will miss out don't be surprised to see a lot of gooners in your end, especially as the touts are pricing your end at a much lower level than ours.

Dear Dr Hull
There will be 100's if not 1000's in your end because some of your people WILL resell their tickets for profit .
That hardly deprives anyone ,it just makes the seller a touting bastard and not a real City fan .

By now you would have thought that real football fans could sit with each other side by side without some twat screaming up and having people removed by stewards whilst acting all hard .
It makes me sick to my stomach when Ive seen it done at Arsenal and have personally intervened several times to stop it happening .

Coming on here issuing threats shows you as what you are ,a low life grass !

Dear Dr Hull,
If there are tickets available via black-market from the Hull City allocation it will be because A) your club cannot sell them or B) someone is palming them off to touts.
Simple thing is if Hull City are a big club they will have no problem filling their allocation , but maybe your little Tobys would rather be in the Etihad watching the rugby league derby. Anyway enjoy your day out in Wembley...

So grow up mate, try and grow yourself a pair and piss off.

Cry me a river, mate.

You have 14,800 ST holders. They'll be 10,000 on general sale. Touts will have a fucking field day, maybe you need to go on your own forum and tell your own fans not to sell them on the black market. :rubchin: .

They'll be plenty of part time Hull in your end as well, whilst some Arsenal fans paying up to £1,500 a year and don't miss a home game will miss out. So do us the favour of not kicking us whilst we're down will you? :cussing:

I'm after a spare for little Toby, and also Tarquin, Pandora and Poluma, ideally I'd also like a spare seat to put my picnic basket on because at the semi final someone kicked my vol-au-vents over when that nice German chap scored, and my Pimms went everywhere during the penalty shoot out, I got a nasty stain on my cravate

Would have no hesitation in accepting a ticket in the Hull end.
They'll be hundreds of Gooners in their end, and the stewards/police can't eject us all.
