Arsenal are said to be considering a move for United midfielder Maraoune Fellaini, 27, a year after his move to Old Trafford from Everton.

Full story: Caught Offside

1989 will be delighted. The man who is a beast and 'just what we need' could still be coming

For me he is a far far better option than flamoney so I would be comfortable with it too - in an ideal world we would sign a powerful DM that is more comfortable on the ball but the bottom line is that we have plenty tippy tappy players so what we need is a physical DM to get the ball for them

Welbeck and Cleverley too. Nice of Wenger to extend the same courtesy he did to Ferguson with 'super quality' Silvestre to Utd's new management team

Elbows to Arsenal? Who writes this bollocks? I imagine it's some Manc desperate to start the ball rolling in the hope that someone, anyone will put a bid in for him.

If any of these are signed :tickedoff: :box: :cussing: ....................................I still cannot actually believe he paid cash money for Silvestre.

While clearly an incredible talent he is also clearly a very disruptive and undermining figure - pass.

Now, are Podolski and Giroud staying? Podolski should always start and Giroud is for me, an ideal back up striker but not the main man. Who is in the picture? El Shaarawy is almost right again, young and massive potential. i rekcon pinch him before he's worth 60m in 2 years time.

The same El Shaarawy who's just returned from nearly 9 months out?

I'd go for Ciro Immobile. 8 goals in his last 6 appearances and top scorer in Serie A. Quick, outstanding finisher.

Yup, that the El Shaarawy I mean - it's a recoverable injury and now would be a prime signing time. Immobile - Quick - ironic...
