The Summer 2014 TRANSFER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Schneiderlin would be a decent signing, obvious 2nd choice to Bender.

Wenger should be awarded a new trophy for being the only football manager in the world who keep telling us the players he has missed out on signing. The trophy will look nice alongside his virtual trophies in his virtual cabinet

i dont think that we will buy anoyone until the end of July.
the club will then be thinking "what can we get away with"

I think if Remy is available "at a realistic price" then that is possible.
I would like to see them buy Micah Richards. They would be a couple of "big" transfers in Arsenal terms.
maybe get someone else in on a free and thats job done.

dont forget that Diaby will be marketed as the new DM for next season :banghead:

Is that your own opinion or has it been reported/suggested in the media ?

SteveO hopes Martinez isn't coming as he'd kill Diaby, literally

We didn't manage to sign Gustavo with only Wolfsburg for competition. Javi Martinez? Get real.

No wonder we changed the club's motto to " Forward "

spot on.

4th place signings for a 4th place club.

rather sign no one than these 2. waste of money. little better than what we have
