People are telling me that I am clutching at straws here but I cant shake this feeling that wenker will be staying with the club but not as manager - I thought that his whole demeanor on saturday and sunday was mostly muted and thatt allied to the fact that he hasnt signed the contract makes me wonder. Even when the cuntbag media guys kept pressing him on his future he said he was staying but wasnt the most convincing :rubchin:

Anyway I am probably clutching at straws and it is of course my dream for the summer that he fcuks off

I'm delighted for Arsene. Was good to see him laugh and smile on Saturday and Sunday like he used to back in 98, 02, 04. Brought back great memories. He did well enough in the final. Set up a bit wrong, and zonal poxy marking nearly cost us the cup, but switching to 4-4-2 and bringing Rosicky and Jack on were decisive and positive moves that won the game.

I'm happy to see him a winner again (especially after that low-rent vadge piece of shit Moron-hio broke the managers' unwritten rule and mouthed off with the asinine "specialist in failure" bollocks). Also, it was good to see Arsene enjoy the win but let the players take the credit. No stupid wanky press conference calling himself the Special One like Moron-hio, or waving a notebook at the fans after a substitution might or might not have led to victory as if to say "Look at me! Look what I did! I did that! I won the game!" like Pardewcunt.

Arsene showed a bit of class and I'm happy for him. I still love and respect him for the good times and always will. But one FA Cup in 9 years is not good enough. Not when you earn £7million (now £8million) a year. The repeated mistakes and avoidable failures are not good enough. Love him, but still want him to go.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger will sign a new three-year £7.5m-a-year contract and be given £100m transfer kitty.

Just watched TV3 news (Irish TV) where the overweight Aiden Cooney says "Arsinie Winger has a £100m war chest " yeah like he will spend it ..
TV£ make all other channels look good, they have classes for pundits in how not to pronounce players/managers names properly. "Aiden Hazard " plays for Chelsea..for example

Like DB10 I am happy for Wenger and he did win gracefully on Saturday, but it was an ideal time for him to go .

The negative posters here are just hilarious.
We have just won our first trophy for 9 years and the first thing they do is come here and moan and be generally negative about our future.

Am buzzing for next season and pleased Wenger has been rewarded for his efforts.

Have no doubt at all that the signing of Ozil will be followed by signing 2-3 world class players.
With the likes of Gibbs, Ramsay and Walcott resting over the summer, they will be fresh and fully motivated for next season.

So much to look forward to......shame the Wenger haters can't enjoy the good times.......

I'm very happy and enormously relieved by our Cup win.
However, if you think Remy and possibly Milner's additions will be the right calibre to put us up with a chance of the PL and CL, then you've had way too much celebrating since Saturday.
Here was I thinking Simeone's achievement at AM would put pressure on Wenger, whereas what it seems to have done is reinforce his belief that you can win the biggest trophies with a small, mostly "non world class" squad.
We have a right to expect the best from someone paid £24m over 3 years.

Why the obsession with how much Wenger earns??!??!
We have had players, such as Bendtner, how have earned a fortune from the club for doing fuck all.

Like in January, when it really could have been the push needed to actually stay in the title race?

There is no precedent at all to suggest what you are saying is correct, in fact it's the complete opposite.

This isn't about being an Arsene hater or lover, it's the reality of the past 10 or so transfer windows.

FFS. I knew some AKB would be on here posting rubbish as if all is right now because of a single FA Cup in a decade. I promised myself I wouldn't get dragged into this shit this week, that I'd just enjoy the win, and not get back into the whole negative thing. But your post is delusional.

Enjoyed the whole weekend without thinking about Wenger or any of his wanky supporters to ruin the moment. Then reading about his new 3 year deal and the strong possibility of signing James Milner is the epitome of a buzzkill.

I still want Wenger gone, BUT on the back of the FA Cup win and now the inevitable 3 year contract extension I think everyone is just going to have to try to get behind the guy again.

one of the main reasons I want Wenger gone is because he has in recent years divided the fanbase.
after a cup win a divided fanbase should be the least of our concerns. It should bring us all together more and hopefully with a more united support the team can move forward on the pitch regardless of the :censored: in charge.

What a fucking yawn fest. One SIGNIFICANT victory, and it erases nine years of mistakes and incompetence?

Great that we won the FA Cup, regardless of Wenger being clueless.
I am still buzzing and on cloud nine.

BUT

I still want him out.
