But get in there Mr Wonga
note the quote at the end " yaya would accept less to go to Barcelona"....

thats what he's angling for.

thats a massive ,massive loss for city. i'd think that alone would cost them the title next year.
What an absolute c u n t Yaya Toure is.....fantastic footballer, shit bloke. Was happy enough leaving what was then the best team in Europe for the 200k+ a week at City and is now angling to go back using a 7 year old kid's excuse. Fuck me knobhead another 10 years and you won't want any *word censored* remembering your birthday anyway.

Go and have a nice slice of cake.....

funniest headline of the summer so far :

http://www.footballdirectnews.com/premi ... r-ends.php
Spurs Hope in Manager Ends

Juventus boss Antonio Conte is staying with the Serie A club after hinting he could leave.

The news was confirmed by the Turin outfit and ends speculation he could leave Italy for Tottenham Hotspur, who are on the search for a new boss.

Conte openly admitted to considering his future after winning his third Scudetto with the Old Lady recently
three Serie A titles in row with Italy's most storied club, and Spurs expected him to be interested in them ???? - LMFAO

FWIW i think Conte was waiting for the United, Barca or our vacant position...

Agent-speak for "He has had a good season, give him a pay rise."

They cannot use the 'Wants to play more games" excuse or "If they do not win a trophy soon he will leave" excuse, so a new and very inventive way of agitating for more money, well done that agent!

Would be like banging prime-era Raquel Welch and then being asked to dip in Kerry Katona. Two months after she had died in a tragic exploding rancid-tuna vagina accident.

he said he'd accept less to go to Barca, money is not the issue.

i just think he's done - won two English titles, knows they won't win the CL next year, and wants the sun and sangria of spain - Manchester vs Barcelona living hmmm tough choice. not.

I am immense fan of him as a footballer and chalked off his "give me more praise"/racism comments as misconstrued and taken out of context. But this is disgraceful.

Referencing Roberto Carlos being given a Bugatti by Anzhi and then pretending it's about 'respect'. I will bitch and moan as much as the next fan about greedy footballers who are only after the money but at least they retain a scrap of honesty in comparison to Toure in not hiding it.

I agree with Clockender that it's not about the money, he just wants out so he's trying to blow a non-issue completely out of proportion. It is one of the most ridiculous episodes I have ever seen.

i don't know why he isn't just honest with them - Overmars was here two seasons and he told Arsenal, i came here to win the FA Cup and League Title, i've done what i wanted, now i want to go to Barcelona please sell me...

He will always be one of my favourite players - way better than Pires imho, and I was gutted when he left but it seemed fair to me.

Toure is a massive talent and a gigantic dick. who i'd take in a heartbeat

Still surprised people actually give 2 shits if Sagna goes. The lad has been shocking for 2 seasons now. Always looks nervous and uncomfortable on the ball, can't beat his man, you can guarantee the play will be slowed down as soon as he gets the ball for his trademark pass back to Per, nearly always gets skinned by pacey wingers and can't cross worth a shit.

What is the love in with Sagna? Can someone explain this to me? If he was a truly world class RB then fair enough but he isn't and his best days are long behind him. Let him piss about on the City bench for double the wages. Coleman could do a much better job than him.

I have to admit, grown men singing "Bacary Sagna, we want you to stay" at the parade was a bit cringey......how anyone can sing that with an ounce of pride when the guy clearly wants to leave is beyond me......

.....anyway, it matters not.....because.........

Aurier is coming

I had a look at this Aurier's youtube highlights and just the feeling of 'Meh' came to mind. Looks promising but not much else. Standard Wenger signing.

Exactly. Whilst you might no think Sagna's up to much can we honestly say that Aurier and Jenkinson rotating the right back position is anything to get excited about ?

Vela again expresses his desire to return:

http://news.arseblog.com/2014/05/vela-i ... -i-return/

"Having seen his season at Real Sociedad, I would be very happy to have him back as he is a great player." - Arteta on Vela.
