Champions League Final 2014

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Was a little disappointed that Barcelona v Atletico kicked off at the same time as the cup final last weekend. I'd been hoping that it would be on the Sunday.

BTW did anyone else bump into the small group of Atletico fans who were celebrating last Saturday night in the Finsbury Park area?
Nope but my brother's mate watched the final in The Railway in West Hampstead, where they had one screen showing Barca v Atletico. Apparently there was a Spanish bloke with a Barca top on who didn't take too well to a few wisecracks about Barca winning fuck all after the final whistle(s) and tried to start a fight with a group of Gooners. Needles to say he got a couple of punches and a forcible ejection for his trouble.

Girl I went out with in school is singing the anthem today before the Championship play-off final. She was a slag and I didn't even Smash Bandicoot her. A crying shame.

I'd be more worried about them rolling around on it than tearing it up. Two sets of odious cheating *word censored* surrounding the ref from first minute to last trying to get each other sent off. No thanks....shove La Liga up yer pipe !

Any opportunity to show that money doesn't always buy success should be welcomed, so Atleti all the way.

Plus I won't then have to listen to two hours of fireworks in th early hours of the morning.

3-2 Real. Ronaldo double, Modric, Costa, Koke.

That was a huge gamble to start him, as they can now only make 2 changes and this game could easily go to extra time.

Real should bring that Ronaldo bloke on at half-time.
