Firstly I only speak English but cos I am living in an English speaking country that works just fine

Lets be objective here........when an English man moves to Italy (for example) and gets a regular 9-5 job with a Italian company, would you expect him to learn the lingo or would you expect the company to put an translator in place for him ? The problem with the mentality of English (and Irish) people is that, when we go foreign on our holidays we expect the locals to speak our language, but yet when they come over to our countries we make no effort to learn theirs When you move to a different country you simply have to embrace their culture or else stay at home where your mindset is more suitable

He's a quality manager. Southampton have improved drastically after he took over. They're the best pressing side in the league and that is down to him. He's young enough to potentially build a dynasty at the scum. Plus he may get his compatriot Lamela to justify his price tag.
