[POLL] Should we have bought back Cesc Fabregas?

You'd throw a party if the father of one were to die? Why? Because you disagree with how he manages a football team?
Don't worry, he also really meant it when he said Ramsey was the worst professional footballer he'd ever seen.

my belief is cesc would be the ozil that we wanted to see last season, he would have given us another lift for next season but wenger turned him down out of bitterness; how dare one of his little children abandon him and go to barca?

if he dares moans about top players not being available when we've signed no-one by august i will fucking explode
i will get the clean up ready when vela and some francophone kid or the slightly richer mans giroud in mandzukic if we are lucky are our soul signing

stupid thing to say, but re ramsey to be fair we all thought ramsey was shit before his coming out party, and anyone who claims they didnt, was just lying even if they still claimed he would come good.

a akb who thinks all the projects are great and got lucky on ramsey doesnt count

The way our "rivals" are going about their transfer business just shows us up as a bunch of complete amateurs, standing around with our hands in our pockets while all the deals are being sorted. The basic fact here is that we now need to spend a shit load of money just to stand still as the teams around us strengthen, Cesc and Costa all but signed and god knows who else in the pipeline leave us trailing in chavs wake. Liverpool will surly add some quality to their defence and will hold onto the cannibal and what plans have we to counter these moves?
Cut price rubbish from league 1 or god forbid 2 or a last minute trolley dash as the transfer window run down it's just pitiful, we had a chance to add top quality to our midfield for peanuts and by doing so making sure he didn't go to a rival and we did nothing, it's inexcusable but sadly what I've come to expect from the penny pincher that run our club.
We didn't sign Cesc because we have bigger plans!....don't make me laugh, we have no plans big or small, we stumble from one disaster to the next learning nothing on the journey.
I don't blame Cesc but I have zero respect for him as a person, he would have had plenty of offers after the World Cup so he really did not need to put on that blue rag as quickly as he did, still modern footballers are no different than anyone else when it's comes to money and personal advancement so I'd advise everyone to get a grip, settle down and just accept the fact that he's a chav c**t until something better comes along for him.

This needs a thread of it's own.

He's joined someone else after not being here for 3years, get over it already.

If I was a chav fan I'd get me some popcorn, come on here and open up one of the 3 threads of crying gooners and enjoy.

It's like being on Glory Glory around here today

i think lots of people, and maybe its a symptom of modern life, are fucked in the head completely...people have such extreme views both ways and some folks, possibly because they might be going through the hormonal changes of puberty opinions swing wildly from one to the other way, creaming their pants over people they previously claimed were shit, or getting overexicted and claiming spurious rumours are genuine.

the cesc hate is an example of this. logically the player had little choice. by all acconts chelsea were his only option. barca clealry didnt want him and made it clear to him. so whats he to do. sit and rot at barca out of loyalty to arsenal as no one but chelsea was seriously after him. or move to your previous clubs nouvea rival with no doubt a big fat pay day, serious chances of winning the best trophies and playing reguarly with quality teammates.

im sorry the player had the choice to play or rot. its not like hes gone to tottenham. chelsea are not really our rivals. anyone who thinks so is being deluded. so long as the french fool is in charge they wont be our rivals, and we are kidding ourselves thinking they are.

i have no bitterness for cesc or rvp. they had valid reasons for leaving that in this day and age are commonplace. how many of us would stay for a medirocre employer out of loyalty when we could shift ou career to another level, working with better people for better money witht the prospect of wining things.

the days of le tissier are over.

Classy fella. :barscarf:
Had so much interest in our last game of the season vs Fulham he went and attended the grand prix instead.

Then faked an injury to avoid getting involved in our pre season games.

Fuck this twat.
