As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

But it looks like we may be losing Santi - and if IF that does happen, with Le Cock having passed on cesc - Then we will have a vacancy for a skilled attacking mid-fielder...besides just having Sanchez AND Ozil in the same team - would make Rodders and quite a few others cum in their pants!
My trousers are currently at half mast just at the very prospect of this occurence

Good point but Wenger only signs attacking midfielders these days, at least this one seems versatile enough to play in a few positions

Sanchez is actually a striker. Watch him with Chile, he looks 10 times the player for them playing upfront than he does on the wing for Farca.
Despite that, he was their second top scorer behind Messi.

Sanchez Is a forward, and he is a good finisher, he'll play up front, not compete with Ozil/santi or whoever.

He won't have to - Carzola (if the rumours are correct) is on his way out.

Santi's going nowhere he only recently extended. Don't believe the bollox in the papers.
The only one who might be leaving is Vermaelen.
Sanchez would fit in any formation we play. We can go 4-1-2-1-2 diamond formation and have him and Feo in front of Özil.
----------Özil----------
Sanchez-----Walcott
Or 4-3-3 with him and Feo either side of Giroud
---------------------Özil---------------------
Walcott-----------Giroud----------Sanchez
Or even upfront on his own.
Can't believe some think he may not fit in here. He's taylor made for our system. Extremely versatile forward.
The thought of him running off Özil is mouthwatering. Though I bet we'll fuck it up by underbidding and dithering, as always.

A lot of reports that Sanchez has said no to the mousers and only wants to join us. Even if it doesn't materialize, I love him already.

I so wish we still had David Dein on board.

Guys. Stop. Don't do it to yourselves. It's not happening. We simply do not have the ambition.

sanchez must be mentally retarded to choose us over liverpool.
though IF we do get him, i think he'd keep us in the top 4.
VG won't get united into the top four unless they invest in a top top striker. rooney was pants at the world cup and RVP will get injured again.
