Boo. Ferdinand is off to QPR.
Wenger, what are you playing at missing out on this top, top, top talent? Thought he'd be right up Wenger's street.

Re: SUMMER 2014 TRANSFER THREAD
Why is it obvious? It's obvious we should change our style (in any case) but we've ignored the need to in the past. When we sold Fabregas AND Nasri in the same summer without replacing them we resisted the need to change and tried to crowbar Ramsey (amongst others) into the creative AMC role instead of change. Selling van Judas - who let's be honest our attacking play was based around in 2011/12 - and replacing him with far inferior and extremely different players Giroud and Podolski would scream change to most managers but not Wenger.1989 wrote:We're obviously going to change our style if we use Sanchez upfront. You won't see us pump long balls up to him like we do with Giroud for example. Sanchez can also hold the ball up but a little differently to the typical big target man. He uses his dribbling skills, agility and tenacity to hold people off. Not to mention he has excellent upper body strength.
Whoever he signs this summer will be crammed into our existing system. There may be some minor changes in terms of interplay etc but making substantial changes to suit the players we have? Forget it.

lolololololol. Just stop it. It is not good for your mental health. Even if it is true (which I doubt) that we have bid £32m someone else will bid far more and it will be added to Arsene's virtual signing portfolio.

Re: SUMMER 2014 TRANSFER THREAD
We haven't signed anyone
Re: SUMMER 2014 TRANSFER THREAD
Sanchez' and Vidal's agent Fernando Felicevich has just followed about 4 Arsenal players on twitter and the official Arsenal account....
There's your daily bullshit transfer update for today.

Sanchez could play in a striking partnership with that fat f*ck Oliver Reed and still be ( to be said in a Rik Mayall type voice) COMPLETELY BWILLIANT!1989 wrote:"Sanchez could play through the middle or from the flank and could play with Olivier Giroud."
Is what Cross said.
Anyway don't take that comment too seriously; he has no clue what Wenger's plans are. It's not like Wenger has been discussing where he'd play Sanchez with John Cross.
