Schweine was indeed excellent, but surely when he was younger he was box-box.

but If Khedira has been used as a DM before, why couldn't he do the role at Arsenal? If we bought him, and we told him to sit then he would do it surely. Of course if he wants to move on the condition he has more freedom than there is an issue, if not, surely he can do it?

Let's be honest at Arsenal all our midfielders will go forward, not like Alex Song used to do, but they will be expected to play a forward pass that Arteta really can't play. If we bought Schweinsteiger (we have 100% no chance), against lesser teams of course he will come forward.

It's against the better teams; top6, we need our DM to be just that. Sit and smash them when they come, or at least disrupt their attacks and DO NOT get ahead of the ball when they push three attacking players on us.

To be honest I haven't seen Khedira's tackling much, how is it? I'm more worried about his knees holding up. The last thing we need is a glass DM.

Little considered fact about Carrick. He disappears in games against Chavs,Shitty and the really big games in Europe. He gets completely dominated and is too slow.

Only player I'd take from them now would be Degea to battle it out with Ches for No 1 jersey.

Rooney vs Alexis, one's fat slow and was non existent at The Wc.
Carrick vs Arteta both getting too old for their positions.
Evans+Calamity Smalling vs Bfg+Kos, no contest there.
Walcott over Wells*t any day.
Judas wins over Giroud but wouldn't want the here under any circumstances.
