As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Now, I know I am dreaming here but - why are we actually not going in for Cavani? Wenger has good links at PSG, the player wants to leave, he is off the back of a poor world cup which may make him more attainable. It would pay for itself in shirt sale ffs!
I know it will never happen but I don't see why we cant ? /:
Fucking Wenger
Lol. People just love a moan on here. Eisfeld is a decent talent at best, was never ever making it here with the plethora of superior talent we already possess in his position. Hilarious.
What is hilarious is that a majority of my post is moaning about Wenger's lack of thinking when it comes to signing a top top striker (Sanchez aside). Hypothetically using Cavani and his desire to leave France has my example.
You highlighted my sentence on Eisfeld which stated he was one of our more exiting youth players, however how long did we keep Watt on our books after we found sphe was shite? Eisfeld could of become a decent player for us in the long run. Strength in depth an all. When that "superior" talent needs a break its always handy to have back up.
Honestly, its like you've never played Football Manager
The f**king lunatics have finally taken over the asylum.
It's not a case of that's all folks, with this bit of news, they have taken leave of their senses.
Our most injury prone, rash midfielder is going to become our anchor. Whoever came up with that penny pinching idea is a word that also rhymes with anchor.

AS in Spain reporting that we have an agreement with Casillas already. Ches+Ospina+Casillas equals there may be trouble ahead.
Then I think it's safe to say AS are talking bollox; Ospina has all but been confirmed, no way do we also bring in Iker along with his 100k+ wages per week to warm the bench.

would be an absolutely ridiculous situation. I think Chesny is quality anyway but what's the use of having 3 star keepers when two of them will rarely play.
Can not see it happening.
PS 1989 where are we at with Vela - re the start of the thread? only half joking.....
They suggest that the stats favour ospina cos he is playing in a worse team but they completely ignore the fact that they are also playing in a worse league
Ospina, or whoever we bring in, is being bought to be number 2 keeper and that is as simple as that - if le cock was seriously willing to bring in a keeper to battle with chesney to be first choice, then I would be seriously pissed off if that player wasnt casillas. I dont for 1 second believe AS but bringing in a short term competition for chesney makes more sense than bringing in a guy that has years ahead of him cos chesney wont hang about if he loses his place, and I do believe that chesney could become top quality

Ffs jack whole glass body will shatter as a result of first tackle of the season, cue him rolling around in tears on the pitch while le cock rings his bony fingers and crys to the press about the big bad opposition DM who just bum holed his wee boy
