Imagine if all you ever wanted was a carrot cake, and then, after 25 years without one, you see your most loyal friend walking towards your house smiling, carrying a carrot cake with your name on it. As he reaches your drive, he tumbles calamitously into a ditch. You rush out to find him writhing in agony amongst a cakey-muddy mess, a hungry raven pecking at his flesh. That is how we Liverpool fans feel about the 13/14 season (the raven is Tony Pulis, by the way).

Hilarious.
"The greatest story since Michael Thomas ran unchallenged through a static defence in the last minute".

Here are a few of my faves:
This book reminds me of some of the lesser known works of Ian Flemming, some of his earlier James Bond novels such as "Tomorrow Never Comes" - the one where Bond nearly stops an atomic bomb, but fails and the world is completely blown up
I tried to buy this in Waterstones but it was raining outside and I slipped. Whilst I was recovering Demba Ba nipped in and got the last copy.
Customers who bought this also bought: 'Liverpool's 101 Greatest Throws ins'.

"As a Barnet FC fan, I've been accustomed to never winning anything.
But this book is marvellous, this book performs a miracle but making it "cool" to not win anything.
Liverpool didn't win anything despite spending £154 million on transfers across the past 3 seasons (according to transferleague.co.uk)....
But this book portrays them as a team of "dreamers" who went so close.
I love it, it gives me hope that one day Barnet can spend over a hundred and fifty million pounds and still not win anything. I can only dream."

Steve Gerrard,Gerrard
He slipped on his f**king a**e
He gave it to Demba Ba
Steve GerrArd,Gerrard.
This is never getting old in a hurry.

The review from Ben Dipper was my favourite

Re: Lets all laugh at the Mousers
Apparently before their loss against Roma in the U.S they held a minute silence for the 96...
A truly reprehensible club - making tragedy and loss of human life an integral part of their "brand."

Re: Lets all laugh at the Mousers
They made a big spectacle of it, Daglish was there & let go of 96 balloon's

Maybe after their incessant claims that they were going to win the league for the victims they think they were pipped because they didn't quite kick up enough of a fuss again last season.
Jeez I fucking hope not.

You know the thing about the North Koreans telling their people that they had won the World Cup, I reckon if you visited Merseyside you would see banners and posters proclaiming them as Premier league Champions..If you told them the truth it would be obvious you are part of a conspiracy.
