Lukaku to Everton for £25million on a five-year, £75,000-a-week deal. A coup and a half for the Toffees IMO.

Not really,Maureen doesn't want him,no one else of the big European boys needs a striker and Maureen would not sell him to us/scum/victims and Everton are probably the only ones that would make him first choice that Maureen would sell to.
That's their transfer budget blown for 3 seasons, time for some more loans. Wonder if they fancy Sanogo or Gnabry

Re: SUMMER 2014 TRANSFER THREAD
£25m is a hell of a lot of money for Everton to spend purely because a player worth that much would surely have better options?
I personally don't rate him that highly, good player for a mid-table/UEFA Cup side but not at all disappointed we didn't go for him. I guess Everton will bank on a few good years from him at least and then if they sell recouping the vast majority of what they've paid. Failing to sign a striker who could do a consistent job in the team and chip in with regular goals held Everton back under Moyes so it seems sensible to me to try and address that.
Mourinho clearly didn't feel he was worth a chance, he's gone to Everton so obviously there wasn't much interest and they've got £25m for him? I want to know who the fuck is negotiating these deals for Chelsea after fleecing PSG for so much for Luiz.

Problem is Arteta refuses to fuck off.topgoon wrote:I may sound like the voice of doom and will get called an embarrassment again by buttf**k but the squad is unbalanced, the middle is still soft and a very good 19yr old prospect is too young to start the season next to Kos.
We are like Real in the mid noughties buying wonderful flare players but not dealing with the real problems.
I have no optimism whatsoever about facing Shitty/Chavs/Manure. How difficult is it to seal the deal for a Defender Jong/Carvalho Christ getting so desperate for him to buy someone that stops us being bullied that I'd take Tiote. Obi Mikel must be surplus to requirements at the chavs. He has no flare but knows what to do to stop the other team. He is actually remarkably good at it.
We haven't won the league without one so why won't he buy one. Even his wet dream team Barcawhores have one in Busquets, Ffs so why won't he buy one.

Exactly Nb. Didn't Fiorentina put feelers out to see if he was available for about 3-4million. I like Mikel but for a player his age, I'd snap their hands off.
Sadly I don't do the player buying and selling. I wouldn't have an unbalanced bloody team if I did.
Any decent rumours for us,even bogus ones will do right now. Feel like deluding myself for 30days before reality sinks in and I have another August 31st meltdown.

Re: SUMMER 2014 TRANSFER THREAD
Sounds like agents and club trying it on with the Khedira move.
Real are probably worried about the real possibility of him going for free next summer or very little in January.
They will push him out the door before 1st September so still think he will be sold likely to a Premier league team or France. Bayern can't buy him without getting shot of Martinez/Schweinsteiger.
He will likely be wearing the red of Manure or blue of the chavs come September.

Big Sam has confirmed that West Ham is close to loan deal for Jenko and that the deal could be wrapped up during next 24 hours. Hopefully this goes as planned and Carl gets proper chance to prove himself in PL... I'll wish nothing else than success for him during his time with the Hammers.

"Jenkinson, a lifelong Arsenal fan, was, according to The Sun, heard to shout: "What do you think of Tottenham?" to which the New Jersey based crowd responded "Shit!" before reversing the question as he mimicked a fans' chant."
