As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

We should be loaning or selling Sanogo and not Campbell.
Agree.
Sanogo has had a mere handful of competitive first class games in three years.
Loan him to West Ham as well as Jenkinson, and with both of them see what they do over the course of a full season.
Agree with both of you above. There shouldn't be any kind of discussion who to bring up and who to send on loan. Based on that very little that I have seen Campbell he is totally different caliber player than Sanogoal.
So either Özil (who at this point I can only assume ran over your dog) isn't as shit as you make him out to be, or stats mean fuck all when judging a player.

Given that according to those stats Ozil is a better tackler than Cesc then I would say it's probably the latter!! Although I concur with the view that he has yet to prove his worth in an Arsenal shirt, I don't think anyone can reasonably call Ozil shit. The normal 'second season improvement' and a lasting memory of how he linked up with Walcott during the Sunderland away match (plus the addition of Sanchez), makes me hopeful he will live up to his reputation this season and put all doubts - including my own - to bed.
Quted on Sky "Manchester City are planning one more summer deal, with only a centre-back required to complete their squad. Chief executive Ferran Soriano has said:
We have a new right-back, we have a holding midfielder, we’ll have a new central defender and that’s it. We don’t need to sign new players for the sake of "
Why th4 hell can't wenger follow suit and deal with the positions we so desperatley need ?

Maybe someone like Hull? Especially if they qualify for the Europa. That's the type of club I'd think could give him a go. Or Sunderland? Scocco gone, Wickham potentially leaving, Altidore shit, Borini still not done....
As a long term Gooner (25 years + now), I am cautiously optimistic about the business we have completed so far. Sanchez is world class, Debuchy should be a solid medium term replacement for Sagna, Chambers is one for the future and when was the last time we had two international keepers on the books?
I still think to challenge for the title we need a defensive midfielder as Arteta is not good enough in that role. Khedira could be the missing piece in the puzzle.
In terms of players out, I think Jenkinson needed first team football and I wish him luck on loan. I certainly think we should at loaning a couple of our young forwards out (Sanogo, Gnarbry & Miyachi).
