Sorry, but children are not "them" in this equation, "them" would be the actual soldiers you're supposedly trying to kill (although you seem to have more of a penchant for obliterating women and kids).

You make it sound as if you have no choice but to kill minors.

Unfortunately, in this war the harsh reality is that we do have to kill civilians, be they children, women or men.
Hamas embed themselves in residential apartment blocks, schools and hospitals.
They launch rockets from there.
They also build tunnels from houses that reach into Israel.

We tell the civilians to move from each area before attacking the respective area.
But they do not always move.
Some through pride, others because Hamas threaten them.

We even phone and text each building before attacking, and drop a warning "noise bomb" on the roof five minutes before the actual missile strikes.
That denies us significant military advantage, the advantage of surprise.
Do Hamas send a few warning fireworks at their targets inside Israel before they send the rockets?


But yes, to win this war, and to defeat Hamas, we therefore have no choice but to kill Gazan civilians.
Which delights Hamas, who use the images for their PR.
Cynical cowards, sheer evil.

Do you think Israelis want to see Gazan civilian deaths?
Only a tiny tiny minority do. The lunatic fringe.
But there is no other option against an opponent who has a stated aim of destroying all of Israel and murdering all Jews.

We have to win the war, which would be defined by stopping terror tunnels, and at least quieting rocket attacks.
Rockets that Hams aim at residential areas in Israel.
If we do not win, Hamas will continue with their plans to invade Israel through terror tunnels and murder tens of thousands of us, and kidnap thousands of others.
Their grand plan was thwarted by this war...they were all set to go for late September, dressed as Israeli soldiers.

By the way, did you know that 160 Gazan children died at the hands of Hamas, these were used by Hamas to build their tunnels?

Have you read about NATO drone strikes in Pakistan and Afghanistan?
To assassinate a Taliban or Al Queda leader, the drone usually strikes their car or family home.
Killing them, and often up to 10 family members.
This is the nature of war against guerilla opponents.

And the journalist Yochanan Gordon whose Times of Israel blog titled "When Genocide Is Permissible" wrote nothing controversial beyond an inflammatory headline designed to get page clicks.
He does not say that Genocide is permissible, he merely discusses if it would be in such a war, and draws no conclusion, his article sort of stopping without an in-depth discussion.

Meanwhile Hamas's charter remains as always, one that calls for the death of all Jews worldwide.

I am probably ignorant of most of the facts and can only comment on what I believe, so forgive me if I am incorrect and I am sure I will be corrected. If Israel is threatened by her neighbouring states then she has the right to defend herself. By the neighbouring states I mean Iran.

I am sure I have read somewhere that when peace talks were held that Israel has made concessions only for Arafat and his successors to say no we want more and pull out all the time and redefine boundaries.

The fact that you can post such absurd drivel and seem to mean it means that it is probably impossible to have a sensible conversation with you about this. I do find it ironic that those people who claim some moral high ground because of some sky fairy, seem to lack some moral compass because they can justify it in their own heads as D-g's will. I cannot fathom how you could post about 28 Israelis being killed in 13 years, while the same number of Palestinians is being massacred every few minutes, a large proportion being kids and a majority being non-combatants. It seems your tariff is 1 Israeli life = 200 Palestinians. Some moral high ground.

As for the claim nonsense, there is no country west of the Indian subcontinent that has the same ethnic make up it had 2000 years ago. Indeed most countries have a radically a different mix than even 600 years ago. 2000 years ago the British Isles and most of North West Europe was a Celtic homeland. As a Celt I have consulted our druids and I am reclaiming our spiritual home land as outlined in the sacred runes. Very soon we will build a wall around Essex where all those "English" people that are displaced will be housed. Every now and then we will sell them some food and let them have a minimum amount of electricity. If they get uppity about it we will bomb the fuck out of them. After all, we can't have all the Celts who have moved into Hertfordshire, taking all the English houses and land, suffering PTSD from the occasional rocket.

Sadly for the future of Israel and the Middle East and indeed the security of the whole world, the war criminals in the Israeli cabinet seem intent to help more religious nutters in the US achieve their predictions of utter destruction that will lead to rapture.
