I don't think the comparason is fair.
Park and Bender were passengers. The players we've brought in are better quality and are all contender to play. One more big signing and I'll be very happy.

Apparently only Vivas, Martinez and one Fabian Caballero who played 3 games on loan for us in 1998-99. Normally have a pretty awesome memory when it comes to players, games etc but can't remember this bloke at all.
I've stopped hearing good things about Martinez since his first performance out of Clown School/Arsenal Goalkeeper Academy at Reading in the Beer Cup.

Tiote's marginally less shit than Song or Frimpong. He may be better than nobody, but only just, and almost anybody would be better than him.
