it's not his fault, his being played out of position.

Didn't someone on here say, he should be our new DM :D :D

Utterly moronic statement.
So you would rather fans cheer him to the rafters as he makes our front line the laughing stock, whilst Campbell whiles his way getting cheesed off and wanting to leave.

In case youve forgotton he is yet to score a goal in ANY match bar friendlys. Do you really have a hope when he gets the ball? The guy is an utter embarrasment, he needs more time away on loan, somewhere anywhere but The Arsenal.

Or do you just want him to cock up any small chance of us getting higher than 4th place

He's utter shite. he hasn't scored a goal (forget the friendly nonsense) and doesn't look like he will. He's clumsy, slow and clueless. that's why he was free and nobody else had the slightest interest in him.
We still have a major striker problem if only Wenger would see it for what it is and do something about it before the window closes FFS!

I was tying to figure out if he'd even be a Championship quality player during the game!

He's had enough chances now. He needs to go on loan or GTFO. We wasted 60 mins against palace with this numpty up front, can't abide that happening anymore :banghead:

Scandalous that our 1st game of the season this lanky oaf was what we had running out to lead the line. This is the Premier League ffs.
This ^. 8)

But we've seen it before with Wenger. He just hates to admit he has got it wrong. Because of that ego we suffered through years of shite like Denilson, Song, Eboue, Vela, Stepanovs, Almunia, Flappy etc etc etc, the persisting with the ridiculously perma-crocked Diaby, and now Sanogoals. As BG says, this is the PL. This lad should be learning his trade in the reserves or on loan, not in our starting 11. This is fucking insane stuff by Arsene. The difference when Giroud came on was incredible. We suddenly looked sharper, the one-twos started working, we put them further onto the back foot. Suddenly our midfielders started to look inside with their passes rather than hold on to the ball and check back or sideways because they knew Sanogoals wasn't up to the job and Giroud was. If we had started with Giroud I honestly reckon we would have beaten them 4 or 5 nil.

I've said it before, Giroud isn't world class by any stretch, but he is effective and gives everything and shows for everything too. His out-jumping and out-muscling of the two oppo defenders in the build up to the goal was superb. Sanogoals would not have been in there and would not have been strong or committed enough to win that ball.

Postman Pat is shit, he was shit last year and he is still same shit. It's laughable and embarrassing that he is in a starting line up for a club like Arsenal. Club talks about title challenge and shit and we have a player like this. He shouldn't be near our bench even.

How the fuck it's even possible that we have World Cup quality player in Campbell and Postman Pat goes ahead of him?

Edit: Oh one more thing, it's not his fault that he's here and gets play time, so us fans to starting bashing him in public is way too much. Blame is not on him but in Wenger.

Whilst I agree it's not his fault that Wenger picks him, I can understand fans getting pissed off at him. How much money is he taking home every week for being a bit shit at his job? We don't owe any of these fuckers a living tbh. If they can't cut it, they shouldn't get paid millions. But again, that is down to Wenger. :|

The support is going to take their frustrations out on him which isn't fair but that is the way it is. The manager picks him but why ? Does Wenger believe in him or is Wenger too stubborn to admit he is wrong?
A friend tells me that he is going to be a "great Arsenal player" ..as much as I may want to I cannot see that. I am not going to insult him, I hope the crowd do not boo him but what is the point of having world class players while hoping he provides the finish to world class play. ?
He is just not good enough and I cannot foresee any time that he will be.

People saying Sanogoals will turn out to be great. For me that doesn't ring true. Yes he is still young, but you can always see something in a player when they are young and not playing well, something that shows they have class, that something extra that the other players their age don't have.

For example, with Ramsey, he was absolute shit for 2 years, but you could see he had something, he had technique, he could pick a pass, he just needed to simplify his game and cut out the backheels and flash stuff and be economical and intelligent on the ball. Even with Wilshere, you can see he has something, he has good technique and moments of real genius. He has some chance of a career at a reasonable level in the game, and indeed maybe at the top.

But Sanogoals? Nothing. He will be playing in the English first division (or whatever the fuck it's called nowdays) or in Ligue Deux within 2 - 3 years, and will be remembered as nothing but a minor footnote in Arsene's latter years at The Arsenal.

I was very impressed when he fell over, then picked himself up, retained possession, beat all the Palace defenders and had a shot (ok it did go a bit wide  )

It's clear he's nowhere near the level required for the Premier League and I cannot understand why Wenger is picking him - it does no good for the team or indeed the lad's career.

He's crying out for a loan to a Championship side for a couple of seasons to see if he can hone his skills and see if he has what it needs to succeed.

Alternatively maybe he would develop better abroad? I just don't know, but his performances are frustrating and painful to watch.

I'd much rather see Campbell given a chance upfront.

So are you saying that it is ok to vent fury at him during a game cos we don't owe him a living ? Similarly is it ok to vent publicly at a club employee who gets paid £8m per season and is pure shit at his job ? We certainly don't owe that c*nt a living but some people (nudge nudge wink wink  ) claim that he shouldn't be abused cos of past glories so should he not be treated the same way as le postman ? :rubchin:
