As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

It works if you have goal scoring midfielders, which we really only have Ramsey. But we know that Wenger isn't a good tactician. His idea of tactics is switching to 4-4-2 when we are chasing a game.

I think it works IF you have two dominant/physically strong midfielders - we haven't got that so le cock tries to compensate by having more bodies in there (your stereotypical quantity over quality theory) but that hasn't worked either Actually one physically dominant DM alongside a box to box midfielder (ramsey or cesc for example) would work as long as your wingers don't renege on their defensive responsibilties

Probably but the defender did BRIEFLY grab him - joe allen better be careful cos he already booked and you don't want to risk a 2nd yellow by falling over like that
Sterling is ridiculous. If he can avoid believing his own hype (*ahem* Jack Wilshere *ahem*), Liverpool and England have one hell of a player on their hands.
Oh and I've got to say, the way Rodgers has them playing is exactly how I'd love The Arsenal to play; full-pitch press, fast counter attack, quick pass and move.
Rodgers actually seems like a very good man manager. I've a sneaky feeling he'll get the best out of Balotelli.
