Welbeck has shown some great touches and pace but lacked composure when he could have teed up sterling for a tap in, but playing well enough.

Quality finish from our new lad, fuck he runs all day as well, didn't realise just how quick he is, I hope to fuck that Wenger gives him a chance through the middle but his lack of comments on the signing is not encouraging.

Took the second well. First was a perfect ball across from Sterling. Hopefully along with a new club (where clearly he is valued as Wenger has paid £16m for him) could give him a shot in the arm.

Always thought England would get a result, they are good qualifiers and the dynamic in international football is different. In the PL teams will happily play negative crap at home to make it hard for better teams. Generally you don't see that much, teams like Switzerland will try and play football and go toe-to-toe with better sides. England's threat was always going to be on the counter but Switzerland didn't set up accordingly.

Not going to get carried away yet but looks like I might have to eat my words about the kid.
Good all round performance...couple of shit passes but fantastic work rate, looks full of confidence and a good finish for the second goal.
Starting to think he may prove me and many other people wrong....long may it continue :)
