Dortmund away match thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

What I didn't understand from last night is that why he didn't change up the formation when we are chasing a game? Dortmund were just sitting back around the 70 minute mark, but Wenger insisted on his rigid formation.

What last night showed was that as we all knew, Wenker has once again learn't fuck all for previous seasons, another tacticless performance away from home against quality opposition
We are going to get some serious thrashings again this season, I really rear an 8,9 or even 10 goal mauling against the chavs.
Fuck off Wenker.

I saw someone called Immobile run passed our players, who should have all had his shirt on. Would have been perfect for Arteta.
Maybe all our players should have adjectives on their shirts instead of surnames.

Sadly Flamoni and Per Mert needs the same shirts. Was thinking the same in the game. Felt ever so sorry for our fans going over there, Scez made some good saves and we could well have lost by 10. Jack the only player with any credit in the game.

For me the worst performance for ages- worse than all the away holings last season, we were total shite.

Agree Ozil and Rambo benched V Villa- Ox or TR7 and Caz to start.

I saw this rather pertinent article floating around a few days ago.

out played, out fought and got our bums spanked.

Onwards and Ups. Bring on Galatasary at home. We will still scrape through before getting beat in the knock out stages.

One final in 17 years says it all. Over the years we have had much better teams than this, so let's not kid ourselves this will be our year.

Nothing changes.

See the comments after the article? People wonder what Wenger has to do to get sacked, there's your answer. We have an untouchable autocrat in charge.

A disgrace, once again Wengers Pig headiness and lack of signing quality cover has cost us, very lucky it was not a lot heavier margin. We had Better shape up very quickly with the Fixtures we have coming up. Also who ever designed that hideous cup tie kit needs shooting.and is a :censored: :banghead: :cussing:

That's our designated "cup kit" and it will be worn away during every CL and cup competition match so long as the colours don't clash with the home team.

Ok, thanks. Does not make sense to me other then to sell jeryes, but as an Arsenal supporter I would not buy a blue one :rubchin: colours are red and White. Feels strange to Change without a Need because BVB playing black yellow so Arsenal could have played in red White. Sounds maybe silly but I belive that it would make a squad mentaly stronger if you Play your home colours.
All the best for the rest of the season and we will see us again at Arsenal, looking Forward!
Cheers,
Thomas

Admin is actually higher in the hierarchy than mod. They can do all sorts of clever things with the site that we can't. Need to pray that some of us don't get that promotion. Merging threads is too difficult.
