Villa Away Drinking, travel etc.

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Where will people be drinking beforehand?

The last couple of times i've been to Villa Park was in the Upper tier where alcohol isnt served, in the lower tier this weekend does anyone know if this is the same?

Piggybacking on Mike's question (which I'd like to see answered as well) - which pubs around Villa Park are friendly to away fans?

A few years back now but I have been in both the first two pubs mentioned here http://www.footballgroundguide.com/aston_villa/

The last couple of seasons we've been going in this pub called The Trocadero on Temple St in the City Centre. Close to BNS and good value as well.

The Witton Arms will be by far the busiest pub for Arsenal fans and right to to away entrance.

Arriving there at 12pm
