THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

try and get this message through to the sheep, you have more hope of talking sense into I.S right now, infact I.S are less brain washed than the AKB'S
I still cannot believe there are people that go to the bowl who STILL have support for this incompetent, clueless, inept fraud, the man's fast becoming a myth,he does nothing to prove otherwise,he still gets found wanting week after week tactically and team selection wise :banghead:
I'll introduce you to my old man - we were unlucky today he thought
 You really need to take him to one side SteveO...

I think this thread should be closed.

Wenger won't ever leave & the venom is draining. I stopped going to home games in 2011, if everyone else who wanted change done the same, it may have some impact.

Paying top dollar week in week out & hammering him on here are pointless.

A bit of perspective (easy with £20 on Chelsea to win 2-0 at 8/1 in my sky!)......

When was the last time a "For" view was posted? Quite a while ago I guess?

I felt a common cause with him for about 30 seconds when it looked like he was going to chin Mourinho. Other than that it was the same crap we've been seeing in these games for years where experience and basic sense is ignored.

And Bould just sits there like a fucking mug on the bench - pointing, nodding and gesticulating along with Wenger. For all the accusations about Wenger running a dictatorship and not accepting dissent, I don't view Bould as above criticism if he happily just sits there with his trap shut so that he can trouser a million a year. A blow-up doll could do his job and tbh probably prove of more use to the players.

Had a few glasses of wine now, so going into full tin foil hat mode. Theory, Bouldy is going to be shifted sideways, defensive coach? McDermott will become AM, and in 3 years time will be manager while AW moves upstairs to be Director of Football.

Pass the pills matron.

Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean the bastards aren't out to get you.

Apparently the club needed someone who would carry on Wenger's special methods......and when McDermott threw away a 4 goal lead against us in the League Cup, they couldn't think of a better guy for the job

c'mon lads can't you have a bit of faith ? - wenger clearly is getting worse every season despite spending more and more - 80 million this summer and we've won just 4 in 12 games in all competitions - thats almost relegation form but not quite :

wins - palace, besitkas, emaciated Villa, Galatasary
draws -leicester, besitkas, everton, city, vermin
losses - southampton, dortmund, chavs,

so don't lose faith now - THIS could be the year we end up 7/8th .

I have had enough of this fucking shit.
About time the protests against the club were stepped up.

We are already below Spurs and West Ham BEFORE they have moved to their new stadiums

Every year is the year we might end up finishing mid-table. We never do. This year there are two good sides in the league, I would be genuinely quite impressed if we managed to finish below two of United, Liverpool, Everton and Spurs because they're all shit and we will inevitably go into flat-track bully mode a few times this year.
