Anderlecht Away match thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Agreed, but given that we don't have any other fit defenders we don't have any choice.

1-3 but normal business will be resumed at the weekend when Sunderland get a well earned 0-0 draw.

great. so we are an injury away from no CB on the pitch. or a 17 year old keeper who has never even played for the u-21 or reserves.....

WENGER OUT.

12mins in and nacho has a yellow. oh this could be interesting.

This is fucking billow and more proof that we are one of the most one dimensional teams in Europe. Anderlecht are shit but we have, as usual, done bugger all to trouble them.

We're not very good at the whole putting the ball in the net thing are we? In fact, we don't even get close. Their keeper might as well have bought a book to read.

Anderlecht haven't won any of their last 10 champions league matches, but here we are struggling against them. I don't care what this finishes, this is a sign of how far we have fallen, just fucking awful to watch.

Very Average performance. The main positive is that our makeshift defence has looked better as the game progressed.
