Head and shoulders above everyone else, kinda think he puts his team mates to shame.
For me, he's up there with Dennis, TH14, Pires, Overmars and Wrighty.
Ability wise he is. He has got that special air about him.

FFS dont encourage him - how the fcuk can sanchez be put in that category after 3 months in the club ?? He is a special player both in ability and attitude, but the above players turned it on for us over a number of seasons and not just months

not saying anything else other than ability augie. Not saying he is a legend in the making (because he'll want to play very competitive team).

He hasn't won anything for us and its only been 3 months. Just saying ability wise he is a class above any recent signing we have made, that much is clear. remember when Arshavin came? well on one side he showed tremendous finishing but the other side he gave the ball away for fun (this was even before he got fat).
I'm not one to get too carried away with signings, certainly never happened when ozil was playing erm relatively well.

To be fair, it's no secret that Sanchez is a quality player, he showed it at udinese and he showed it at barca. The question for me was could he adapt well to the PL.

Wait. So after just 3 months in which an admittedly excellent Sanchez has outperformed his mediocre team mates, he's "up there" with Arsenal record goal scorer T. Henry, up there with one of the finest players to have ever played the game full stop in Bergkamp, and up there with Wrighty, possibly the most clinical out and out striker Arsenal ever had? 3 players who won almost every domestic trophy going? WOW. Sanchez is playing for a team in 4th FFS.

what utter small time shite to spout.

We are THE ARSENAL, it should be about more than the result - especially given the exhorbitant cost and the sacrifice WE made in giving up The Home of Football.

basically we are shit every week , then in the last 10-20 we score against poor teams - hull, besitkas, leicester, anderlecht, burnley due largely to the brilliance and effort of one player - sanchez.

if you want to be small time and wet your knickers when we scrape past teams at the bottom, then you're as bad as the spuds fans who celebrate a 0-0 at our place imho.

myself, against poor teams 9 out of 10 times i expect us to come out racing, batter the opposition until we take a lead, then look to finish them off by half time.

this 'patience' stuff is horseshit - you need to be patient against chelsea or Real Madrid, not fucking Burnley or Hull.

only small time wankers celebrate mediocrity, we should be above that. :banghead:

70 minutes of 0-0 against Burnley is not good value.

It's not about waiting for a comeback, it's about waiting for FT, and the game to play out before talking bollocks.
Demon clearly wasn't at the game today, another armchair warrior

Sanchez was clearly the difference against two (what I felt were) evenly matched teams, that says all I want to say about it right now as I'm just happy for 3 points and had another decent day over there.

Chamberlain looked like he should in the second half where he looked to penetrate, other than that I don't really want to talk about anyone else apart from Sanchez off course.

Good to see Theo back.

Sanchez really is on a different level to most of the players in the league. Imagine him in the team of Bergkamp, Henry, Pires and Vieira.

Where have you been mate?

But he is seriously fucking good. Really really fucking good. Wow.
Been about mate, just haven't posted as much recently. Busy with work and all that.
Yeah I've found work to be an absolutely tremendous inconvenience to OG commitments

Just got back from the game so I apologise if I repeat what has already been said... and it probably has.
Alexis... top draw today, head and shoulders above everybody else. Where would we be this season without him. :rubchin:
Arteta and Flamini together = ponderous, sideways and uncreative.
The only width on the left being provided by Gibbs, because Cazorla kept tucking in, the amount of space in behind was outrageous and any half decent team would of had a field day down our left hand flank.
All in all 3 much needed points but still not a great performance bar Alexis. :barscarf:

Arteta and Flamini together make about a quarter of a creditable DM.
