THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

There may be a need to modernise the training regime as there seems to have been an unusually high muscle strain injury rate over the last decade but that could be more of the type of player with a lot of pace that Wenger favours as they are more injury prone.
Totally agree. Remember, if Wenger spends even another fiver on top quality and learns to drill a team with tactics, we would "do a Leeds". Also, Wenger is def the best PL boss of last 20 years. Fergie? Jose? Nowhere near!!!
He's already been awarded the Coach of the Decade a few years ago mate.....so with the FA Cup and a few more of those glistening 4th place trophies in the bag, this is his latest award. He's such a fucking genius in fact, that he's managed to achieve being the coach of the past 20 years despite having been here for 18

This is nonsense. Wenger hasn't kept us anywhere, just finishing in a position to qualify for the money league, and constantly underperform in it. We have gone out of the competition in the last 16, four years in a row, have only reached the final once, and the semi-final twice. We have been shit in the CL from day one. Also, your comment on Wenger being the best manager in the league for two decades...Ferguson, Mourinho. I hope people like you go and do one with that French wanker, when he eventually fucks off.

When I post this comment it will allow me to see the posts since last night on this particular thread, but when I click to go back to on the terraces so that I can look at other threads, it again doesn't show me any comments since last night (not even my own  )

At least you won't have to read all that depressing shite mate

Walter Mazzarri sacked by Inter Milan and replaced by Roberto Mancini.

Mazzarri's crime ? - winning only 4 games in 11 matches.

we can dream of being a club with ambition eh ?

Yeah, more than a bit cultist. But to be fair, Arsenal were never broadcast on television in Asia or in the States with anyone else at the helm.

Not making excuses for them but when you say it's like they don't know Arsenal under anyone else, it's literally true.

It is time for Wenger to go. In truth, it has been for about four or five years. The Club is stagnating, and is being suffocated by his sheer bloody mindedness not to admit his arrogance and intransigence.
It is not just him, it is also the Kronke led board.Remember the adage, a fish rots from the head down!
It's time to stand up for the Club we love!
Wenger, Kronke, and all their Champagne swilling, fiscally minded, prawn sandwich munching, acolytes OUT!!!
Join the Black Scarf Movement, that is what I have decided I need to do to fight for "my" Club!
