As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
How should they be judged then? On who has the nicest pitch? Best lamb shanks in the executive boxes? Most facebook followers?
Club welcomes new partner in Kazakhstan
Arsenal Football Club has announced a new partnership with Capital Bank Kazakhstan JSC to issue co-branded debit and credit cards throughout Kazakhstan.
The three-year partnership is the first ever agreement signed by a Premier League club in Kazakhstan and will enable Arsenal to get closer to its fans in the territory. As official credit and debit card partner, Capital Bank will offer a range of club-related benefits and incentives to its customers and Arsenal fans in Kazakhstan, such as official Arsenal merchandise and tickets to see the team in action at Emirates Stadium.
Arsenal coaches will also be visiting Kazakhstan each year as part of the agreement to run coaching clinics on behalf of Capital Bank Kazakhstan.
Speaking about the partnership, Arsenal’s chief commercial officer, Vinai Venkatesham said: “We are delighted to enter into this agreement with Capital Bank and are extremely proud to be the first Premier League club to secure a Partnership in Kazakhstan.
"The agreement will help to increase our profile in the country while helping Capital Bank to reward new and existing customers with exclusive Arsenal related benefits.”
Gani Uzbekov, Capital Bank Kazakhstan’s chief executive officer, said: “Partnering with such a renowned English football club is an honour to us.

Welcome Borat - sod off Jabba
Spot on. But we "have class" and "do things the right way" eh
I particularly love the .con thing about not judging based on league positions.
Does that mean Burnley are actually better than Barca in reality?
Funny how at this point last season when we were top (through virtue of an easy fixture list where we played dross in consecutive weeks), the AKB line was "the league table never lies".
Yet here we are, at the point Wenker himself said is time to evaluate a team (his magic "10 match" mark) and he's already conceded the title, and hasn't beaten a team above the bottom 6.

He has nearly signed everybody. This is just his pathetic way to try to show off himself. He should be explaining why he didn't sign DM and defender while he still could.
This is our measure of success now it seems, to nearly get there but falling short all the time - in everything (except for profits of course).
what i don't get is why journos are not asking - why are you talking about others teams players rather than the problems your own team has ?
wonga is the luckiest manager - to face a united with that amount of injuries is like winning the lottery for him. his stay of exection will be temporary though Klopp is not going to rollover, and we are very likely to get beat by southampton.

Except he will still contrive to piss it away against them. He'll send us out to gently pass laterally until the 85th minute, at which point we will go hell for leather to scrape an equaliser.
Cue Wenger remarking, post match, about "special circumstances" until it is pointed out that it was Utd with the crippling injury list this time.
