MAN UTD HOME

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I was thinking the same.

I only watched on tv, but didn't get the impression that he or Bouldy were desperately trying to get the message across to the players to be more cautious and not be so gung-ho? :?

I also didn't get the impression against Swansea or Anderlecht that he was trying to get the same message across then either?

Wenger and Bouldy are very passive in the dug out. I know it's not all about barking orders, but it's at least reassuring that they're trying to improve things when Pat Rice was jumping up from the bench and shouting instructions.
- that link with the players during a game has now completely gone with miserable and passive Bouldy sat next to Wenger
Completely agree. I'm not naive enough to think that the managers who shouts loudest and gesticulates wildest on the touchline is the best organiser but Wenger just sits back, shrugs and moans to Bould, who sits there and nods like a fucking simpleton.

For 30 minutes it was as it should be - we took them apart without breaking stride, although sadly no killer edge. And then we were shit. Really shit.

Have we ever seen such apathy on here after a defeat to a so called rival ? I have said it before, but I think the day of the gator response to a forum meltdown is gone - sadly we seem to have accepted that we are beyond help now :(

There's blind faith - and then there's utter stupidity. Wenger created the problem single-handedly so how the f**k is he going to "sort it"????

Why in modern society does no-one challenge arrogant, powerful men??
'Wenger will sort it and we'll get 4th' also highlights that fans believe that 4th is an achievement. Shameful

Worse than that, it suggests that 4th is the actual target.

Typically, none of the interviewers had the balls to ask Wenger why this is Arsenal's worst start for 32 years.

My thoughts exactly. And extreme apathy on a personal level too.

True. I expected we would lose, as I imagine many others did, so I was not at all surprised when we did. There also isn't much point losing your shit over yet another turgid defeat as they happen with far too much regularity now.

Totally agree Augie - it's embarrassing.

But deep down we all realise that we can do little about the situation as it has been going on for so long. Man Utd aren't rivals any more and they won't be until Wenger & Kroenke have gone.

Trouble is - we aren't organising ourselves well enough to get rid of them so we're stuck with them and it will just go on and on and on and on and on and on . . . . . . . . . .

forget that, he'll just reel off some spin, someone just needs to tell him to QUIT.

Who is next to volunteer that this might be the game that sees the beginning of the end for Wenger ?

Reminder - 6-0, 8-2, 4-4, 5-1.....five defeats before Christmas, sold every decent player we've ever had

All I can hope is that the wrecking ball destroys Kroenke's investment because there couldn't be a more fitting end to the rule of that wig wearing c u n t who I presume is currently enjoying watching another of his failing franchises in Colorado

Yep from now on its a strict budget of only £50 spent in the Armoury per visit, one latte and if they get really angry they might not even buy a programme (sorry showing what a non-fan I am - matchday magazine)

People make excuses for not protesting against le cock but the reality is that we Gooners don't protest against anything - we get a big ticket price increase on top of what was already the dearest prices in world football, but do we protest ? Of course we don't  We (as a fanbase) are a shower of c.unts with a snobbish attitude who cant even protest on the single biggest issue that should unite all Gooners, so how the fcuk can get together to get rid of the most divisive c.unt ever to work for OUR CLUB ? Maybe because of this, we deserve all this shit now

I am actually more worried by the apathy than by the result.
I will be outside the Emirates protesting on Wednesday night.

On a CL night? Who with?

The corporates will be out in full force and won't even notice you on the way to the Diamond Club
