The way our club is run these days it would not surprise me one bit if wenger has instructed the players to do this, lets face it none of the players we have got at the moment have the balls to stand up to wenger the dictator.TheCook wrote:What a bizarre comment ; you think the players are instructed to run to that corner when Arsenal score?augie wrote: Have you never noticed that when we score down at the north stand end, our players run over to the redaction corner to celebrate 99% of the time ? I'll think you'll find a lot of the players families sit in the boxes above that area, but never let facts get in the way of a good conspiracy, eh?

From the blogs, who I suspect have contact with the club, they too still skirt around the issue. How can we fix our problems?Gunner Rob wrote:so it is Monday morning and the Arsenal have made their worse start to a league season for 32 years - despite signing one of the top players in the world during the summer.
something really has gone badly badly wrong yet there is still very little dissent at the stadium and amongst the Arsenal supporters groups. the only person who is actually leading calls for Wenger to go is Piers Morgan!!!
http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p02cnlpw
He is actually spot on but it is embarrassing that he is the only person prepared to say something.
the AST, Red Action and the BSM appear to be increasingly spineless little groups which are doing this club no favours at all.
yes indeed how? what could we possibly do to change our circumstances that repeat themselves every season.

People are scared of what? that we'll win a few games? we might get 4th???
Re: Anti-Wenger Protest

Is it really true that stewards were taking down enough is enough A4 papers?
Poor if true- so maybe some may need to appear at 12.45 at The hawthorns next Sat

Re: Anti-Wenger Protest
Print Lots of A4 " Enough is Enough " wenger out and hand them out outside each turnstile,, that would give a clue on how many gooners are willing to do this ( take one )
Re: Anti-Wenger Protest
Arsène Wenger, metaphorically at least, could also do with a tin helmet just now. His methods have rarely looked so one dimensional and the sight of a steward confiscating a small banner that said, “Enough is enough, Wenger out” was symbolic of a definite split that has opened in the Arsenal fan base. Arsenal have stressed that the removal of banners is not an attempt to silence current unrest but rather a blanket policy over messages or signs that may provoke confrontation.

And an equally bizarre defense

I'm not saying that it is a conspiracy or anything like that, but what I am saying is that it isnt coincidental that our players run to that corner to celebrate. A lot of clubs have area's of their own ground (the victims have the kop and manure have the stretford end for example) where the players like to gain favour by celebrating goals in front of those fans, and what I am suggesting is that, whether by accident or not, redaction and that area have been championed as our "kop"

augie - stay on topic.
your conspiracy theories about players celebrating are not going to help get le tool out of the club

Doesn't matter where they celebrate to me, this thread is a Anti wenger Protest, we all need to stick together as One and make our Voices and action heard in getting him out....

But this is on topic - you say that we should all stick together but we the fans are not all sticking together. Fan groups like redaction (and they are not the only group) are staying totally out of this so yet again I ask the question why. For any protest outside the ground to work, we need one of the main supporters groups and maybe the Gooner Fanzine, to publicly row in behind it and raise the profile of the protest

Club didn't confiscate the posters because they were anti Wenger, they did so because the would case division among fans...saw that quote somewhere today.

division will now remain among fans for as long as Wenger remainsBradywasking wrote:Club didn't confiscate the posters because they were anti Wenger, they did so because the would case division among fans...saw that quote somewhere today.
therefore if the club would like to end this division then they know what they need to do
Re: Anti-Wenger Protest
You will find that this is now 70%-30% think that when someone sings, "stand up with you hate the Spuds " should sing stand up if you want wenger out !!!!
