PM,s Help Needed Please

Can anyone help me please. I keep trying to send PM,s but they seem not to be getting sent and just remain in my outbox.

Help, this is really winding me up.

This still doesnt explain why I didnt get a PM offering tickets for last years cup final though :rubchin:
