Dave Whelan - oh dear.

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Six week ban from all football activity and fine of £50,000 for Mr Whelan. Is that by any chance the same Dave Whelan that once broke his leg in an FA Cup final ?? :D :D

Does that mean he'll have more spare time to order his favourite 'chinky' now....or less.....I'm confused

What a fucking prick of a man - always hated him. He should use the spare time to become a local UKIP MP

59/60 Wolves v Blackburn. The BBC showed the second half only and Blackburn had to play on with ten as there were no subs then. It happened a lot at Wembley back then as the turf was very lush and players weren't used to it. It became known as the "Wembley curse".

Red Action are currently trying to line Dave Whelan up as their President - he gives a cracking speech apparently about those dirty old Uzbeks and their dodgy money
