No no no. Couldn't have that. Doesn't matter to him if he is basically saying "I can't win fuck all here, so I'm off lads" in January. That just must fill his team mates with self belief and confidence, their captain basically saying "fuck you all". This selfish self-centred cuntbag thinks of one thing; himself.

Legend? Fucking Leg end. :censored:

My one nightmare is this selfish cuntoid does a Lumpolard and comes back to the PL with the chav$ or Citeh for ten games next season to win that PL medal. I so want this vermin to finish his career having NEVER won that medal. 8)

I see that after 16 years of being The Greatest Midfielder In The History Of The World nobody still has any fucking clue what his best position is. Surely that's a sign that he's massively overrated? How many other top quality players can you say that about? Rooney maybe.... point proven 8)

Sky fucking news (NOT sky sports news now, but regular sky news) even did a bit about the "beautiful" "stunning" free kick he scored last night.  Every time this cuntah does anything half fucking right for the rest of the season the meeja are going to lose their shit.

Some fucking clowns were saying on Jeff Stelling's Saturday thing (might have been Big Nose and Matt Le NoAmbition) that Slippy G was the "greatest ever Liverpool player".

Get used to it DB, we have five months of this utter cringeworthy garbage. Thought he was dreadful last night apart from the goals.

He's been a very good player IMO sometimes single handedly dragged the scouse wankers back into games, scores important goals and drives the team on. Yeah over rated if they are talking of the best liverpool player ever but still a very good player. Having said this I still hate him but mainly because he's a bin dipper

This "servant" of the place, has made millions playing for them, nearly went to Chavski to make even more dosh,(until he bottled it),and is now jumping ship to play abroad for......yes, even more dosh!
:banghead: :cussing: :blah: :blah: :blah:
I always believed Rafa was happy for him to go but when Stevie bottled it Rafa had to go with public opinion .

Best cliche today " Sprinkling of stardust " Phil Thompson

Didn't bottle it so much as was told that he wouldn't have any kneecaps left if he went there. The local mob stopped that transfer!

Personally I hate the diving cheating prick but I have to admit that he has been a good player. He no way deserves the level of plaudits being sent his way but he would have been wanted by any prem club when he was in his prime.

I'll be glad when he has gone and we don't have to listen to it any more.

One of the most over-rated pricks ever to play the game. Scored two goals against a league 2 side. So fucking what.

Fair enough there might be a few people going a bit OTT on here but that's a reaction to the hysteria of the media who have hyped him up so much over the years when he is nowhere near the class of players like Vieira, Keane, Scholes, Pires, Fabregas or Yaya Toure. Like Fat Frank, he's a decent player but that's about it. The best players win League Title. He hasn't.

I agree flash. Very good player and a leader. Seldom goes missing. Unfortunately for us the meeja are gonna go OTT from now until at least May. I pray to god they dont win the FA Cup on his birthday, or any other day.

Says now he would've stayed with the dippers if he'd been offered a contract in the close season. Seems as though Brentan dropped a bollock by not giving in to Gerrard's demands.

Which were probably a pay hike and guarantees he'd start 110% of matches.

The difference in class between him and carragher is huge - I'm not saying that I was a big carragher fan or anything but when he lost his place as a first team starter, he sat in the background without grumbling and was ok with being used when needed 8) Compare that to stevie me who expects to play all the time still and has thrown his dummy out of the pram when he hasn't got his way  The part that really fcuks me off about this is that the victims fans all worship him and hail him as a true club man and will argue that they club has treated him badly, even though those same fans have been saying all season that his legs are gone and should no longer be automatic starter

Agree. Lets not forget Chavski were willing to pay a huge amount to make him their main man not so long ago when they had the pick of most players in Europe. The Liverpool loving media going on and on and fucking on about him leaving Liverpool is driving me nuts but that doesn't detract from his abilities as a footballer. As has been said elsewhere the Mickeys would have been even more shit over the past 15 years without him.

Also as an Englishman I will also say that whilst many others chose to pull out of international matches for the slightest thing, more often than not Gerrard would make himself available often at the displeasure of his club, and I applauded his 100 caps as I think 9 times out of 10 he gave his all for his country where others didn't. Perhaps that's why the Oirish contingent seem not to like him :D
