Other fixtures this weekend

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

To be fair we pay to watch them because theyre our club - boring as fuck under Gus, normally shite but i wouldnt stop going to games just because we're a bit shit. Gus will be under pressure mind, the football is soulless and we're the most defensive team in the league, we even sit back against burnley/ leicester and the likes, no plan B at all. Still, if we scrape enough points to survive thats good enough for the board as it is for many other clubs, welcome to the premier league :hammer:

What ye need is a big, lazy, cocky and over-rated Danish pr.ick to be your main striker - if nothing else he will liven up the place through his comical efforts

What is it with all the rubbish (not the players  ) that was blowing around the pitch during the match? I've never seen that at another ground and that's the second or third time I've seen it happen at your place. Are you lot firing crisp packets at the team or what? Place was fucking destroyed by full time.

Superb performance. That's how to play away from home against the big boys. Solid at the back, imposing in midfield and stick away the chance when it comes.

Southampton have played us, the chavs and United in the last few weeks. 7 points from 9, exceptional stuff. Once you've the right man in charge you can go places. Imagine how good we could be with a top manager. Embrace the future people.

Brilliant effort by Saints - who could begrudge them a top four place. Playing with great style as well - high pressing and tight defensively but without resorting to rough house shit or hoofing the thing

Nice to see that arrogant prick Peppa Pig face and his bunch of mediocres finally have the world's luckiest unbeaten run in history brought to an end (despite the customary 5 mins of injury time !)

two things made me laugh

United have the same amount of points now as they did this time last year :D :D Moyes took a lot of shit and got the boot, Van Gall comes in, spends £150m and they are just as shite

over £200m so called talent on show and they couldn't get one single shot on target. ha-ha bunch of wankers.

Sadly i feel sorry for Southampton, because i think the summer will be ground hog day again. Koeman will move to a big European job and Forester, Clyne, Schneiderlin and Wayanama will all be sold
