Re: Newcastle away travel
Its with East Coast trains. Quite early leaving though, 7.30 and leaving Newcastle 7.05pm
Or 89.50 if you want to leave London on some of the later departures

The airport? You're having a laugh. Its almost in Devon, on a really shitty little road.northbank123 wrote:Think it's Thursday at 5ish coming back Monday 3ish, hence extended weekend.

Yeah but trains to temple meads are regular and then the airport bus goes from there every few minutes. By contrast you try getting to cardiff airport by public transport....Chippy wrote:The airport? I used to work for a certain Japanese company that had factories in Bridgend and Pencoed. The first time I got a taxi to Cardiff airport I thought the driver was taking me down a muddy lane to feed me to the sheep.northbank123 wrote:Yeah but trains to temple meads are regular and then the airport bus goes from there every few minutes. Ha I know exactly what you mean. When they commissioned a report into the running of the airport last year they figured out that in all the years that it had been running the airport bus averaged 3 passenger per journeyChippy wrote:I used to work for a certain Japanese company that had factories in Bridgend and Pencoed.
