The 2015 Transfer Rumours Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

great more massively overpaid deadwood, dont get me wrong Arteta was a great signing (in desperation) and has been decent for us be as a premier league player he is finished,no pace,no strength, needs moving on asap,we are very vulnerable when he plays

surely total nonsense,im not sure how hannibal is getting on at Barca but they would want £70k at least,no way Wonga would go for that
If he's only £70k then I'll take out a loan and buy him. :barscarf:

Arteta extension sums Wenger up. Far too loyal to players that just don't merit it. Arteta was shit last year, he was shit for the brief period he was fit this year before missing months through injury and he's 33 in March. Why?

I believe we will buy another forward in this window. Lacazette is my tip, nothing to back this up but he is a typical Wenger signing.

Has Arteta's new deal been announced? I can't find details and I'm bollocksed if I'm clicking onto Pravda.
