Your first North London Derby

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

1988-89 away 3-2 win, in fact 3-2 at half-time I think. Brillant attacking play by a young re-modelled team.

I thought Robson was sold a season before '86-'87 season i might be wrong though. I loved Williams proper midfield hardman and was always in Ardiles face whenever we played the scum

After five minutes sicknote put the s*urs ahead and in the second half two goals in the space of 10 minutes goals by Pires and Ljunberg sealed the three points for Arsenal on the day happy days

We Hate Tottenham

Cannot remember what one I first went to but I remember the 5-0 win and Brady's chip on tv from the late 70's.

1990 Highbury - Tony Adams on the volley in front of the North Bank. 1-0.
My brother bought himself a Donkey Wins The Derby shirt the following week. I was always considered too young by my Dad for Spurs games before that (born in 79)

This was my first one too - I took this photo from the junior gunners enclosure

This autograph is the first of many from Lee :D

It's not that good as it's a bit slanting and quite a bit of the photographer. Gazza is behind Lee's bum! The building to the right of the East Stand was painted shortly after.

HA HA - yeah I think I do go for the blondes (although never dated one). It's all All_Arsenal_1886's fault this Mrs Bendtner lark I just liked his pre-season football antics honest

Just corrected my bad english! Shame its still in your quote.

Dicko, dont blame All Arsenal for your choice in men.

Lee Dixon looks knackered, guess its tiring running away from Junior Gunners who stalk him around the pitch......

1984 at home. We won 3-2, the winning goal coming from Charlie Charlie! He flicked it over the defence and somehow manged to squeeze it in from an angle with 1 or maybe even 2 defenders on the line. Now that was a jostle and a half on the North Bank I can tell you. I can also remember outside afterwards......Now that was a near death experience and a half I can tell you! Ahhh the good old days eh?!?!?
