Other games this weekend (28/2, 1/3).

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Southampton lost which is good for us. United were never going to lose at home to Sunderland though.

Arsenal, Citeh and Chavs win tomorrow please.

Fuck! Actually forgot about the League cup final tomoz.

Edit: Must say any gooners who want spurs to win tomorrow need to have a serious think, or start following volleyball or tennis or sumsutch.
Edit x 2: Oh yea and fuck off in the general vicinity of the lane too! Dont ban me DB10. Please........

For my sins I had corporate hospitality tickets at Cardiff today - planned on getting a horrendous hangover in order to miss it but despite getting exceptionally slaughtered last night I cheated a hangover so had no excuse.

Cannot understand how they could have been a Premier League team last year. They are utterly fucking appalling - don't remember a Cardiff player skinning anybody the whole game. Wolves weren't much better mind, created next to nothing and bizarrely sat back when Cardiff went down to 10 and tried their hardest to throw the game away. Maybe I just have unrealistic expectations for the level of football in the Championship but it was Sunday league stuff.

As I presume most Cardiff games pan out there was so much childish English/Welsh chanting between the fans. Although to be fair to Wolves their fans made an absolute racket all game.

As someone said on Fighting Talk today, choosing between The Chavs and The Spuds is like deciding if you'd rather catch Chlamydia or Gonorrhoea

Not for me - the day the No History Fulham Wankers won the Champions League was probably the lowest I've ever felt watching football so to see them take another League Cup will be painless, compared to those Neanderthals from up the road getting the open top bus out for its once every thirty years dusting down

Agree but I hope Chelsea stuff them...it would be UN-fucking-bearable to listen to the media and their own fans if Spuds win.

Exactly. It's been a long time since I was bothered about the Chavs winning tinpot cups. With one trophy in a decade that's a hell of a lot of cups to go around other English clubs and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has sadly developed a preference ranking - City, Chelsea, United, Liverpool, Spurs.

What on earth has happened to Kompany this season? He's looked like a fucking donkey.

Two good goals - Henderson's had a shade of Pires! Superb from Aguero too - the guy is sheer class. Let's hope City can do them in the second half.

got to be the best match I've watched this season, two committed sides with a real desire to win. a total opposite from what we'll be watching at later

Citeh are on the ropes a bit mind. They look like conceding every time Liverpool get on the ball.

This sums up Pellegrini's tactical shortcomings - which side is benefitting from the game being played at breakneck speed? They've not learned their lessons from last year.

Anfield is a tough place to go when Liverpool are confident and their level of performance belies their lack of real quality but City are floundering here. Liverpool are running riot in midfield.

Milner on - good sub for my money.
