I sort of made my mind up not to even bothering watching this when the draw came out, it's right up there our away game at Stamford Bridge in terms of a predictable and disappointing outcome.

I probably will though

Just on the way to the train station, still in the optimistic part of the day. 2-0 Arsenal!

One embarrassing cup exit down (can't even beat our favourite flat track opponents Bangladesh anymore) one more to go. Any optimism I had for tonight has gone after that result

for some reason loads of pundits seem to think we have a great chance.
well yes in theory we do but when was the last time we won a big away cup match?

im torn here. on the one hand I want us to win but on the other this is the perfect opportunity with a huge TV audience where Wenger can be totally exposed as the inept fraud of a manager that he is.

sorry if I am being negative but I had an argument with an AKB at the weekend who told me that Wenger was very nice and doing a very good job and that it wasnt his fault that the nasty board wouldnt give him any money :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
Keep the faith brother, the fat granny shagging fooker will have one of the worst games of his career and we will turn them over on their own turf. COYG :box: :box: :barscarf:

Havent been this nervous about a game in years. Im rather indifferent to league games at the moment, as the aim is to make the top 4, and keep Wenger in a job. Tonight is massive. The idea of knocking that arrogant LVG prick and his team made up of wankers out of the last trophy they can win, would be bigger than any other win this season. Im worried that we will bottle it, but im going to try and be positive, at least until 7.46 tonight :) On a sidenote, did anyone else see Arsenal fan TV doing that stupid video, in which Robbie stands outside the Emirates saying that we are going to do them tonight :banghead:

I am dreading reading the Evening Standard on the train home tonight.
For fear of reading another article by an Arsenal player talking what they are going to win, and for whom.
I remember sitting in a chippy about 6pm the evening we played Monaco reading about Gibbs intention of winning the CL for Clueless.
Any coach with sense would tell his players to cut out those cheap, daft comments and require them to actually show the fans what they won, rather than tell us what they want to win.

Don't care if I'm the only one saying this but I wish jack wilshere was playing tonight - say what you like about the guy, but he does play with guts and would set the tone for us if he was playing tonight :( Coquelin will try but he isn't up to the top level (although the same could be said for some of their midfielders) and players like ozil and cazorla wont provide enough steel in our midfield.

Have to say that the whole "play like we did at citeeh" is getting a bit tiresome now - we showed some long overdue guts and of that we all agree, but some fans keep pointing to that game like it is the standard we set as opposed to the reality that it was a one off performance of guts and character :(

Still think that it will be a crap game tonight as two shite teams battle out a score-draw

They're an embarrassment to our club. Ty was spotted clapping off the coaches at Crouch End. True that he really is a trainspotter, then.

I'll be at work during the game which might be a good thing or bad... depends on result. We should win, but will we... will we fuck. Draw at best which is what I am going for 1-1. :barscarf:
