THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Basically what everyone on the forum has been saying for years. Arteta adapted to the role quite well, but there is a massive difference to when he played and how much more solid we look when Le Coq plays.

On a positive note, 2 more years left. I don't think that he is going to renew. I think that at worst, we may see a rolling one year deal and that probably is if we are progressing. If we can keep our form up between now and the end of the year, we just may pip Man City to 2nd. We also could retain the FA Cup. That to me, despite the crap in the beginning of the year, would be progress on last year.

One last thing - Giroud will be looked back on as a astute piece of business. A top target man and will always give us another option even if we eventually replace him with a better striker. At the moment, the guy is playing superb and long may it continue.
Agree with a lot of the above, but remember seems to be good fortune about Coquelin, rather than any planning
Definately another lost opportunity to proper challenge for the title.....if we can see the improvements to be made WHY the FUCK cant Wenger.....dont tell me hes not on enough money :banghead:

Golden mean – You have reached the desirable middle between two extremes. Wenger says: ‘Like a new signing!’
