As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
With about the most dreary match this season in the PL yesterday (Sunday) despite citizen Kane it may not be a walkover. Its also a Lancastrian "B" that used to see an inevitable disaster a la Bolton or Blackburn
If we win by several goals it would be a massive staement for next season wouldnt it, but then weve been there before too.
I don't think its unreasonable to suggest we might find it difficult. They have fuck all creativity but they are a pretty attritional side to come up against. Despite a lack of quality they took 4 points off City, a point at Stamford Bridge, a point against United and put in pretty decent performances at us and United.
I think they'll go down because they don't score enough and what with it being silly season they need to be winning games like Yestersay when they come up against a piss-poor side who look like they can't be arsed.
They will play like a team fighting for survival and we need to match up to that commitment. Small stadium, big atmosphere - great away following - we need to ensure we show the desire and then our class should see us through. Anyone else notice how few away fans were at their home game on Sunday?????
Wont be easy, but our class should tell, we have far too much going forward, but will have to match their committment
An early goal would greatly help......

2-1 to the Arse
This ^^. They will park the bus and we'll huff and puff as we do against shit teams that do that. But as Spuddy says, I'd also expect to get a result. Our quality should win out in the end. Should do....
1-2 to The Arsenal. Giroud first goal. €10 going on it.
Hopefully not another wearily familiar, complacent "just turn up to win" performance. Burnley will fight for their PL lives. The new TV deal means PL survival is everything.
I still never know which Arsenal is going to turn up. It'll be much harder than the Liverpool game I think.

Please don't tempt fate by going there with that dream...
No one has hammered Burnley this season will be tough, horrible place to go to, but we should have the quality to win this.
