Nice sunny day. Quite windy though.

Average 8.44min/mile

Todays top tip:- Have a decent playlist on your phone. Hit the wall at bout 33mins then Shout it to the top/Style Council came on followed by Waterboys/Whole of the Moon. It gave the boost I needed and took my mind off the pain and it was easy going after that. :barscarf:

Todays top tip:- Dont let the cold and rain stop you. I have found it better to run when its quite cold, overcast and raining a little. Much better than running in the heat.
