MAN UTD AWAY

We've already done them once away this season and our recent form up until last night wasn't exactly bad.

I know but going on last nights performance doesn't really inspire confidence, if we play the same game we are gonna get our ass kicked.

It might not make a difference but it should. Firstly there is the small matter of automatic qualification for CL. That qualifier is a pain in the arse and is used every year as an excuse as to why we couldn't sign anyone until the outcome was known. It will be nice to not have that excuse for once and see what happens. Secondly, there's extra cash in prize money for finishing higher up. Again, that will remove some of the legitimacy around the usual excuses.

I'd like to see us beat them but will settle for a point to finish their chances of realistically getting third place.

2-2

I'm not disagreeing with what you are saying BUT we are not stupid and we ALL know that the qualifier makes no difference as to how the club spends the money, and that extra prize money for finishing higher up the table will surely be negated by the extra gate and tv money for that qualifier. Your reasoning only really works for those that believe everything that the club through at them, and there are few naive enough to do that

What I'm saying though is that finishing third removes the arguments of previous seasons. Sure, they'll come up with new ones but at least it will more obvious to many that its bullshit.

Hope we fuck em prison style 0-4 but I reckon after a horrendous borefest, ubercunt Grannshagger will dive for a late penno and they'll win 1-0. :x

I know we finally broke the hoodoo by beating them in Old Toilet for the first time in 356 years but I wouldn't put it past Wenger and this team to take nothing out of that victory and just turn up and bottle it.

Heart says we win 1-3.

Head says we lose 1-0 or 2-0. :(

This has draw written all over it.

Like us, United are relieved to just be back in the CL next season. I reckon both are happy with the league standings. Can't see either team really going for it.

With tactics? If Arsene doesn't use them, then no one else should be able to.

That's because it hasn't kicked off yet. 0-0 is a common scoreline at this stage.

Not sure my post warranted that much of an overreaction.

Everything I was "seriously stating" was in my post. Just a basic opinion. Don't see either team going for it. :|
