THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

oh dear it is getting really boring now.

I don't understand why alternative managers are being put forward though.
Wenger is in the first year of his new contract and he has already achieved the target of the top 4 as set by the board.
nothine else really matters - the sheep will soon be all donating their annual £1K + to Stan and the old boys and the cycle continues....

2 of the 3 are now available and Bayern not exactly in love with Pep right now.

Act now. TURNIP OUT.
Mourinho would be in my top 3. Proven winner.

You'll probably say he's not a realistic target, but neither are your top 3 as Wenger is going nowhere.
No point in me replying to you so

I'm going to get so much shit for this, but I genuinely would love to see...fuck it I'm saying it: Tim Sherwood at Arsenal.

I like him, can't lie. Used to despise him and his nonce haircut and shit tackles and stuff but as a manager I really think we will be successful. He has passion, balls, speaks his mind, doesn't reward failure and the players believe in him. F

Fuck it, if anyone here has much to say against him, and reminds me that he haas won nothing in his career as a gaffer yet, I will remind you that he could very well do that in two weeks time at wembley. And if he can do that with the shit at that club, what could he do with Sanchez, Ozil, Chamberlain etc?

Come on then, tell me I'm a cun.t

hmmm... :rubchin:

But, in fairness, you could be right. He could end up being a great manager. He also could end up being the next Fat Sam, Lying Phil brown, 'Arry Wheeler Dealer, Curbishly, Pardew, Pulis, etc etc - ie; a self promoting, self aggrandising, bog average manager that achieves proper fuck all but somehow still retains their place on the small club manager merry-go-round.

I'm thinking in Timmy The Lone Hero's case, it'll be the latter. 8)
