St Totteringhams Day

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Fun reading in my lunch hour...it's all Alan Sugar's fault

Ike-baba-chukwu-tunde should enjoy reading it too
We will never have a day like 14th april 1991 ??, aaah did we not beat them in 93 and 2001 semi finals?
We are obsessed ??, this moveable feast would not mean as much to us Gooners if we were not told by The Spurs players, fans, manager and their licks in the media that this year (repeat each August) is going to be THEIR year.

i agree with the above, mostly, but considering where we were 15 years ago to be looking forward to this day is a bit of a let down.We should well be out of sight of them lot by now and not just in league position but in trophies in the cabinet and this is where AW has let us down.

Liverpool fans in the states having a go at us Gooners for celebrating St. Totts.

"Reeks of elitism" (lessons on elitism from a Liverpool supporter? Pot --> Kettle).

"Finishing ahead of Spurs isn't that hard" (Liverpool have failed to do it 3 of the last 5 years).

Absolutely hilarious stuff from a club full of mental midget supporters.

As always - It was a piece of cake :) :barscarf:

only slight negative was I didn't actually hear any tiny totts saying that they would do it this year (have they finally learned their place or their lesson ? )

There is nothing Liverpool supporters have to say that is worth listening to. I presume if it wasn't for a range of conspiracys they would be finishing ahead of us all every season. Elitism, yes why not. Whatever we say about modern Arsenal we have every right as a club to claim to be elite.

During Wengers time at Arsenal, Tottenham have finished in the PL above every professional team in England............

except Arsenal. :barscarf:

Gotta be worth a trophy. Or at least a pint.

:barscarf: If we believed the media hype a few wekks ago, Liverfool was chasing ManCity down for second and Manure would end up fourth. The filth was going to finish 5th ahead of us who have to fight with Soton for a uefa cup spot.

Happy St. totteringhams day fellow gooners.

After 20 years of finishing behind us in the league, long may the media continue with their great predictions.

Phil Neville and Michael Owen were two of the loudest , two prize dickheads if there ever was two. Brenda also mouthed about them finishing second. Not happy with our failure to compete for the title but delighted to have those smug cu**s get it so wrong again.

Nicked of twitter the new Spurs kit comes with a seatbelt to avoid getting whiplash during spurs 20 year downward spiral .

I preferred the one that says it has a seatbelt for when spurs season crashes in January !

Is that a seatbelt? Looks more like a tyre mark from when we keep running over them.

or is the seatbelt because harry kane looks like a brain damaged child who is likely to spazz out and have a massive fit? I think he should wear one of those protective caps like cech does to. in fact has he ever been pictured with his mouth shut? he looks about as dense as a neutron star ffs
