Just after some help and or advice re the Emirates screening. I've been to a match in every round of this season's FA Cup (13 so far) since the extra preliminary in August but alas like many others will find it impossible to get a ticket for the final. Instead I'd really like to go to the screening at the Emirates to at least saviour the atmosphere of the day. Has anyone any ideas as to how I might be able to get a ticket? I've contacted the box office and they're pretty no commital as to whether it will go to general sale.
Many Thanks
I know someone who went last season after leaving the pub we where in (ahem yes the globe!), he said the atmosphere was pretty lukewarm. By contrast the twelve pins in Finsbury Park by all accounts was jumping.

If you are looking for atmosphere you could do worse than the twelve pins, and the reason I like this pub is the service is spot on even when its rammed. It's never too long a wait to get a beer. They also have screens throughout the pub, including a large one with no obstructed views.

Now waiting for Steveo35 to trash this recommendation ;).

Keep an eye on your inbox over the next few days, as my guess is just like last year they will be e-mailing a few "Unsuccessful" ballot entries as there are still tickets left

Last years e-mail:

Re: Invitation to Apply for Tickets to:

The FA Cup Final 2014
Arsenal v Hull City
Saturday, May 17, 2014
At: Wembley Stadium
Kick-off: 5pm

(Please note this email does not guarantee a match ticket)

We are pleased to announce that having now completed the sale of tickets to all Platinum and Gold Members who were successful in the ballot, an extremely small number of tickets still remain. As a consequence, a second ballot was held amongst those who were unsuccessful in the first ballot. The outcome from this process was that the member listed below has been randomly selected to apply.

Please note that due to the limited number of tickets available this email has been sent to those eligible to purchase on an individual basis rather than to the Lead Member.

Please note that this is no guarantee of a ticket, they will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

You can apply to purchase tickets from 1pm until 4pm on Friday, May 9, 2014 on a first come first served basis either Online or by telephone to 0844 277 3625 (if calling from overseas please call 020 7649 9003). Booking fees apply.

BBC going back to the traditional Cup Final Day..Some of it will be cringeworthy and some fun, Ireland's TV3 are showing the game, their promotion piece on it is all about Shay Given and Jack Grealish..nuff said.

Quite a few thousand tickets by the looks of it. Would be nice to get the third ticket so all of our group go but having just rung the box office no one actually knows when the next ballot/window to purchase will be.

It is an utter joke of a system and what worries me is that according to the Arsenal Box Office, this method was agreed after consultation with various supporter groups. Anyone from a supporter group who recommended this should be shot imo.

Even having windows for those with 1 or 2 away credits would be a lot fairer than the current status quo.

They fuck it up every time and cover it up by sending random friggin e-mails, the ticket info page will probably stay as it is until one day it will say Sold Out. Don't bother phoning cos they know fuck all about the final as they are too busy selling tickets to Singapore
