Fixture Release Day

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Up till Crimbo this is how it looks before Sky etc get their mits on the fixtures….

THE ARSENAL versus

8/8/15 Home - shammers
15/8/15 Away - C.Palace
22/8/15 Home – victims
29/8/15 Away – barcodes
12/9/15 Home – the orcs
19/9/15 Away - chavs
26/9/15 Away - Leicester
3/10/15 Home – manure
17/10/2015 – Away – Hornets
24/10/15 Home – Toffees
31/10/15 – Away – jack bastards
7/11/2015 – Home – the filth
21/11/15 – Away – baggies
28/11/15 – Away – canaries
5/12/15 - Home – Mackems
12/12/15 – away – villans
19/12/15 – Home - $hitty
26/12/15 – Away – the saints
Did you not bother with 28/12/15 as you can't think of a derogatory name for Bournemouth?

having had a closer look at them the thing I noticed is that we get all of the "big" home games out of the way by the end of January.

we should have a 100% home record for the final 4 months of the season.

Anyone got any idea when Sky and BT will sort out the fixtures which will be on TV? Just trying to work out if I will be able to make the Shammer's game on the opening weekend. I have a feeling it will be the Monday night game

29th July and still no tv selections for October / November. Premier League site stated 2 weeks ago that this batch of fixtures will be announced by the end of July but now it is stated on the official website they will announce fixtures "early August". So difficult to organize trip from abroad :-(
Anyone know something more about when BT and Sky will announce this batch of fixtures?

Cheers

Rob

I'd assume it will be done next week now and then they'll use that in combo with their countdown to PL opener marketing
