that thought did cross my mind as they went in at half time.

I see the USA keeper's phone was hacked

Is that the same one that once went up Cashley's Arris ?? :?
I think you'll find it was more than one phone that went up Cashley's Khyber. :D

Amazed she only made her international debut in 2014. She's 29  is England's talent pool so deep that they can ignore Taylor for the first decade of her career?

Meant to ask did you do your sewing on the sewing machine whilst you were watching the game? :high5:

I was in London over new year and I was looking for some good museums. I couldn't believe it, but there's a Sewing Machine Museum in London ( :dancingbanana: ), and no bugger on here told me! :cussing:

Fara Williams's extra-time penalty ensured England beat Germany for the first time in 31 years to finish third at the Women's World Cup.
The performance was the second best by an England team following the 1966 win by the men's side and eclipsed the 1990 men's team, who finished fourth in Italy.

Totally amazing we beat the German and got the medal! :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Absolutely amazing story about her being homeless for a few years.

I mean whilst she's not the most attractive player she's certainly decent-looking enough to have earned rent money by swallowing some dick.

Bit Wenger-ish to celebrate 3rd place isnt it? Personally whoever won or lost last night should be gutted they were playing in the dead 3rd place play off...... I was a bit embarrassed by the celebrations

I would add that instead of 32 teams, there are 24 teams in the women's world cup, and that the english women's side have had a huge head start in terms of development over most other countries. still a decent achievement but one thats been blown a bit out of proportion.

Well done to the women :barscarf: but lets be honest, the tournament ended against Japan.

As for "eclipsing the men in 1990" - both got to the semis and were knocked out. The game after that is a friendly between 2 bitterly disappointed teams. It shouldn't even be played.
