Being a total sceptic regarding all things Wenger, I admit to being more than curious as to why he is clearing the decks of strikers at the club.

Podolski sold, Campbell will be gone too no doubt, Akpom on loan. Can we genuinely go into the season with Giroud, Welbeck and (maybe) Theo as recognised strikers!?!?

Nooooooo. Benzema is just a waste of lots of money. I can't believe why we Wenker always throws Money at Real Madrid for buying their unwanted players.

We should spend the Money on Lewandowski or Cavani instead!
