WEST HAM HOME THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

2 - 0 to us.
Please leave 'The Boy Wonder' on the bench until the game is safe. Anyone else up front will do !. :barscarf: :barscarf:

Personally can't see that happening due to the confidence around the club but if that did happen and we did buy Benzema as a result then I wouldn't be too upset.

Obviously be better to smash West Ham and then go buy Benzema :D

I am very confident ahead of this match (even though I don't think we have a hope of winning the title, and will be 3rd at best again)

I think if we get an early goal we could run out 4 or 5-0 winners

Like many others on here, I can't see anything but a comfortable 3-0 home win - they were shit with fat Sam and he left bilic with a squad of average players and old journeymen so it will take bilic a while to get rid of them

Hope so, but Bilic is a smart one. He might have one trick or two....

I don't think Bilic has a track record as a manager, except with Croatia, but that was national pride...

But he does do a lot of shouting and has an earring. That makes him a bit of a character according to the press. If he had subbed his goalkeeper before a penalty shootout, they would have labelled him as a genius.

A chant of "we're paying for your stadium " would be nice... 2-0 Arsenal , for some reason I want to be confident for the new season (for a change) but reality says no.

It's so weird, I used to live in East Ham, my dad tried to bring me up standing at Upton Park in the 70s, it used to cost like less than 50p. It was such a shit-hole - and now they will have an Olympic stadium, on a cheap rent or wtf.

I switched to Arsenal and remember the battles on the way to and from Upton Park.

Football has changed so much!

Don't you just love it when the league table reads P 0, Pts 0 ...and we're still above Tottenham. :barscarf: :barscarf:
