THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The day we are finally shot of him is truely going to be one of THE great days. I won't be sober for a week on the back of it, literally cannot fucking wait.

good article that.

well I woke up to that grinning :censored: giving an interview and saying that we should have won last night and the fact was that we scored a goal.

ok le clueless how about these for facts - we DID not score last night and our last 6 home PL games are as follows:

v Liverpool 0-0
v West Ham 0-2
v WBA 4-1
v Sunderland 0-0
v Swansea City 0-1
v Chelsea 0-0

spot the theme here? we have now failed to score in FIVE of our last 6 home games and lets face it the WBA one was basically an end of season friendly. the warning signs have been there since the end of last season and le clueless has yet again done nothing to address the problems.

I said on here yesterday that anyone attending last night was a complete mug and I stand by those comments.
the club is just ripping off loyal supporters and there will be no change until le clueless leaves.

its ok, the international break will save Wenger it always does.
there is a goldfish mentality amongst both the press and supporters.

a couple of weeks break and there will be a positive PR spin around the club just you watch

There will be celebrations akin to that of the end of Return of the Jedi when the Rebellion defeated the Empire.

Next week: why Coquelin is actually on Pogba's level.
You're forgetting 130k Oliver 'Bergkamp' Giroud

I suppose him leaving should be good enough but I sincerely hope that when he eventually goes he goes under a massive cloud and I hope he finishes in disgrace and is ridiculed for the arrogant, greedy, selfish, stupid fraud that he is.

Look what I've become

That is indeed an excellent article although all of those sentiments could have been picked up from here. I would also prefer to read that article in a respected english paper - espn would be viewed as an american entity who know fcuk all about the game, plus it is likely that it wont receive the widespread recognition and coverage that it deserves
